Preview: Tonight the lady Terriers look to finish out their road trip on a high note as they take on Sacred Heart University (10-14 NEC 7-6).

The Terriers have been struggling on the road of late. In their last six games on the road they are 1-5.

Last time these two teams met the Terriers crushed the Sacred Heart Pioneers 69-49. Terriers were shooting 50.0% from the field.

Junior guard Eilidh Simpson scored a game high 19 points. Eilidh has been a constant factor for the Terriers.

Junior Forward Jaymee Veney also had nice game that day putting up 10 points and grabbing 8 rebounds.

But this game should be different this time around.

Both team are tied for fifith place in the NEC conference. So look for both teams to give it their all.

The Pioneers have been struggling of late losing their last four games. Junior guard Gabriell Washington only scored 6 points last time she played the Terriers.

For the season she averages 17.0 point per game. Pioneers will have something they didn’t have last time when they played the Terriers.

They will have Junior guard Katie Shepard on the court tonight. She averages 10.6 points per game.

Katie scored a season high 30 points against Robert Morris University. Not only does Katie score but she can move the ball around.

For the season she averages 3.4 assists per game.

This will be the Terriers last road game for the season before playoffs begin.
