The St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers men’s soccer team (2-3-1) will face the (2-3) Army Mules on their home field Sunday.

The Terriers just achieved their second season victory, defeating the NJIT Highlanders 2-1 at home on Wednesday for their Welcome Back to the Heights match.

After the two teams were tied 1-1, senior forward Yussuf Olajide scored the tie-breaking goal in the 103rd minute of double overtime. This was Olajide’s first goal of the 2016 season.

The Mules are in a similar position, adding their second win on Tuesday as they defeated the Siena College Saints 3-2.

Mules freshman forward Rex Epps scored in the 69th minute, breaking the tie between his team and the (1-3-1) “Bernies.”

The Terriers have shot 5-for-55 goals this season with three assists. The Mules have scored 9-for-56 goals with six assists.

Five of the Terriers’ men have scored one goal each – sophomore midfielder Djiby Sarr, junior defender Dominick Falanga, freshman defender Faouzi Taieb, senior midfielder Leo Folla and Olajide.

Senior defender Fabian Suele has recorded two assists and senior midfielder Salvatore Barone has made one.

Epps has scored four goals for the Mules and senior forward Nick Williams has scored two.

Freshman midfielder Alex Grave de Peralta leads in assists for the Mules, with two so far this season.

Terriers senior keeper Seth Erdman has made 24 saves, while Mules keepers Christian Nolasco and Justin Stoll have recorded a combined 14.

The two teams will battle at Brooklyn Bridge Park-Pier 5 at 1 pm.
