SFC Women beat Wagner 48-34

St. Francis College Women's basketball ends 13-game skid by beating rival Wagner University 48-34 in Northeast Conference showdown on Saturday.

The Terrier women outscored their counterpart 29-19 in the final 20 minutes of play en route to their first conference victory this season.

Sophomore point guard Jasmin Robinson came off the bench and scored a game-high 13 points in just 21 minutes of action.

Teammates Jessica Kaufman and Kim Snauwaert chipped in with seven points each.

St. Francis' reserve players were key in the match-up as they combined to score 26 of the team's 48 total points.

With the victory St. Francis improves to 2-16 (1-6 in NEC play) on the year while Wagner falls to 2-16 (1-6 in NEC play) this season.

Senior center Kelly Clark led Wagner with eight points and eight rebounds (team high's).

Teammates Shawn-Marie Heiliger and Marie-Laurence Archambault chipped in with five points apiece.

St. Francis' next game is Monday, January 23, at home against NEC rival Mount St. Mary's at 7:00pm.
