St. Francis College has been a longtime partner of the Brooklyn Book Festival, and will be hosting an event for the BKBF on Sunday, September 16.

New York Times book critics Dwight Garner, Parul Sehgal, Jennifer Szalai, and New York Times editor John Williams, will be on campus to discuss book titles and current industry issues.

Events in downtown Brooklyn are scheduled throughout Monday, September 10 until Monday, September 17.

As “one of America’s premier book festivals and the largest free literary event in New York City”, the Brooklyn Book Festival presents “an array of national and international literary stars and emerging authors”.

According to the official website, “the Festival includes a week of Bookend Events throughout New York City, a lively Children’s Day and a celebratory Festival Day…filling a vibrant outdoor Literary Marketplace.

“This hip, smart, diverse gathering attracts thousands of book lovers of all ages.”
