Preview: Terriers have dropped the last three games and with four games left they need to get back into the win column.

Tonight the Terriers will take on the St. Francis Red Flash. Last time these two teams met the Terriers crushed the Red Flash 78-52.

This time around the Red Flash will catch a little break.

In their last contest Terriers Freshman guard Sheldon Hagigal dropped a game high 23 points. Sheldon won’t be a factor tonight because he still suspeneded.

It shouldn’t be too much of a concern for the Terriers because they have plenty of weapons. Their bench scored 41 points against the Red Flash.

The Terriers offense dominated the Red Flash in the paint scoring 50 points.

It wasn’t just the offense that helped out the Terriers it was their stellar defense what sealed the deal.

Terriers out rebounded the Red Flash 38-23. The defense didn’t allow a single player on the Red Flash to score in double figures.

Even though the Terriers have struggled of late the team is still playing good basketball. Junior forward Jalen Cannon is coming off a double-double in his last game against CCSU.

He had 16 points and 12 rebounds. It was good sign since he wasn’t playing like himself in the previous two games.

Junior guard Brent Jones for the most part of the season has been able to control his turnovers but in his last two games he has turned the ball over 9 times.

Scoring wise Brent has been consistent. He is 4-7 from beyond the arc in his last two games.

The Red Flash are coming off a nice win against Fairleigh Dickinson. Six of their players scored in double-digits.

Junior forward Earl Brown scored a team high 22 points. For the season he averages 15.5 points per game and 8.6 rebounds per game.

Earl is aggressive on both ends of the floor. Terriers will need to have a man on him at all times.

Another player to look out for is Freshman guard Malik Harmon.

In his last game Malik scored 11 points. He averages 8.9 points per game.

Malik can create plays to find the open man. For the season he averages 3.2 assists a game.

It will be an important game for both teams because they are both tied for fifth place in NEC conference. A win tonight for either team will be huge.
