Preview: The Terriers (12-8 NEC 3-2) take on the Bryant Bulldogs (12-8 NEC 4-1).
Terriers lost a tough game this past Thursday and will need to regroup quickly. They currently sit in third place in the NEC standings.
Junior forward Jalen Cannon continues to be the Terriers number one player. All season long he has been scoring points and grabbing rebounds.
He has scored 15 or more points in the last four games. Junior guard Brent Jones has become a great floor general for the Terriers.
In the last four games Brent has 57 assists and 8 turnovers.
As for the Bryant Bulldogs they are currently riding a three game winning streak. The Bulldogs are led by Junior guard Dyami Starks.
For the season Dyami Starks averages 19.9 points per game. He has scored 30 or more points in four games this season.
Dyami rarely turns the ball over. In the last five games he has only committed nine turnovers.
The Terriers will also need to look out for Senior forward Alex Francis. Since conference play started he averages 25 points per game.
Alex for season averages 19.2 ppg and 7.2 rpg.
The Terriers need to win today’s game if they want to keep pace in the NEC standings.
