With midterms behind us and the second half of the semester moving quickly, it is easy to get a little lazy with school work.

Finding ways to keep yourself motivated is difficult, but fortunately there are natural ways in which you can maintain stamina!

Here are 4 easy to find fruits that will boost your energy:

1. Apples – this fiber packed fruit takes a while to digest, leaving a longer lasting lift to get you through the day.

2. Bananas – because this fruit is filled with sugars such as glucose and sucrose and very high in potassium, it is promised that it will give you your much needed mid-morning boost.

3. Blueberries – despite their size, blueberries are guaranteed to keep you in high gear long after consumption. Like apples, blueberries are high on fiber and take longer to digest.

4. Oranges – although this fruit is super sweet, because of it’s high levels of vitamin C and potassium, this citrus actually distributes energy over time instead of giving you quick sugar rush.
