Who ever says no dessert until after dinner hasn’t read the cookbook Dolce Italia!
Dolce Italia translates to sweet Italy, and was penned by the Carrara brothers.
Thanks to them, our bellies have been filled with Italian pastries and cookies galore from his recipes.
Now the chefs have a new cookbook out titled “A Taste of Italy” and that’s just what he is giving readers.
Inspired by their love and passion for cooking, Damiano and his brother Massimiliano longed to open up their own place one day.
The two brothers came to America in pursuit of the American Dream. In 2012, the Carraras departed for America and arrived at Moorpark, California and through hard work and perseverance opened up their own Italian Bakery called “Carrara Pastries”.
Their cookbook focuses on authentic Italian meals that he grew up eating and now, cooking.
Set to be released right near Christmas, it is a perfect gift to give aspiring chefs as the brothers encourage us all to try our hand at cooking no matter what our skill set is.
